What are your thoughts on my CV/Resume and Cover letter?

A CV and a resume are not the same thing. This is not a CV. A CV is a more detailed synopsis of your background and skills and includes your publications, presentations, grants, fellowships, professional associations, teaching and research experience, licenses, and other information relevant to the position you're applying for.
