Help with the timing of meals?

Your correct about eating every 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours. Stop worrying about saving your meals till recess. It will help you out a lot. I have a busy schedule everyday but I find it very easy to carry a few bananas / Oranges, nutrition bars or anything that doesn't need to be refrigerated. This will help with your cravings. If your starving till recess or lunch and then gorge you wont lose weight. When your body feels that it is starving it actually stores fat thus why people gain weight. Also do not eat after 8pm. Depending if you eat every 2 or 2 1/2 hours you can work it with your lunch...just have like a banana to tie you over.
