I can identify with you there. But, yes, you will not lose weight by starving, binging, or feel guilty. Fixing this, so you turn to food in healthy ways, and at the appropriate times is the only way to really overcome the disorder. . . But, seeing a therapist about it should also help. They can give you techniques and such for it. As surprising as it sounds, they also have medication for it. My doctor put me on a medication for OCD and eating disorders. It helps with some of those feelings, but it is more important for you to realize you have a problem, and then begin to work through some of pain. What is causing this unhealthy relationship with food? What can you do instead? Good luck.

How to lose fifty pounds in four or five months?

I'm 13, 5'3, and 150lbs. I know I'm basically obese (though I gained the weight evenly all over my body so I don't look obese, just chubby) and really need to lose the weight before the next school year, since I currently home school and will be going to public school next year. I'm fine with exercising, but it's dieting that I have a horrible time with. Ever since I can remember, I've been ADDICTED to sugar. When I was a little kid, my parents would only let me eat a little bit everyday, so I didn't get fat. But eventually, since I got older, they stopped making me only eat a little bit, so I basically went crazy for about two years and gorged myself with candy bars until I puked. I'm not blaming my parents for this at all, they warned me I would get fat. So now I'm obese, and can't get rid of all the fat because I'm addicted to sugar. I don't want become anorexic or anything, but a lot of the time I feel like that's my only hope of getting skinny. Is there some way I can still eat some dessert and lose weight? Like maybe one small thing a day? Or do I just have to completely do away with sugar for good, which my parents have advised me to do, especially since diabetes runs in my family. And is there a way I can lose weight without my breasts shrinking? I'm a C cup right now and really don't want to shrink to an A cup or anything.

I have a four month old baby (first child) and have been searching high and low for a carrier that she would like. I finally found one after spending about $400 on carriers. What's the best way to change my eating habits for good?

I should start out by saying that I've always been a very active person up until about 3 years ago. When I was in highschool I raced dirtbikes and played tons of sports. I was under 100lbs till my senior year when I "grew up" and weighed 135, which I respectably say that was my ideal weight. I was still very active and ate healthy. My only problem was my very active and large appetite. Which back then was ok, because I was active. So, I got hurt one year, got on birth control, and started a job where I sat on my butt 8 hours a day. I gained 40lbs in 2 months. Now I am up to 180 since then. My problem being, my large appetite never went away. Recently I've started to exercise regularly, and I'm also trying to diet and eat healthy. But since I've been exercising, my appetite is getting larger and I'm wanting to consume more carbs and calories since I'm burning them off. My question is, how do I fight the cravings and temptations gorge down an entire cow? I can't afford any specialty shakes or smoothies from the diet companies, half the time they don't work anyways. I want to be the healthy, active me again. What should I do?

Will a 6year old cat with diabetes survive without insulin?

I don't have the money nor the heart to put my cat through insulin shots if she has diabetes. I want to lose weight soooo bad. I am 30 pounds overweight and have been so for 2 years. That is one serious snake and if you don't want to use the mongoose then I suggest you put some mothballs throughout the garage because snakes can't stand the smell of them and it should drive it out. A friend of mine had a snake in his van and moth balls drove it out. It will give your garage a strong smell but that's better than getting bit by a rattler. I have 4 dogs,the youngest is a Pomeranian puppy and she is 6 months old.Our 3 older dogs range from 8-13 years old and we have always left food out for them to graze. How can I stop my dog from peeing in his kennel?

We have 3 pit bulls and all stay in there kennel when we are gone to work. My two females never mess in there kennel. But my male Zeus is a diff story! He won't pee in the house like on my carpets or anything its just in his kennel. We have taking him to the vet to make sure nothing was wrong with him and he checked out good. No issues. His kennel is only big enough for him to stand, lay down and stretch a bit. But he pees all the time in the kennel and licks most of it up. He is covered in his on pee every day. We wash him, wash the kennel and even sprayed some no go in there. One of us is always home and they go out to use the bathroom every 3 hours. I don't give him any water after 6 pm and take him out b4 bed and when we wake up there's pee every where. I don't want to beat him for this. Vegetarian Freezer Meals?

I'm going to camp for a month and the food is unhealthy and gross, so I'm bringing my own food, but I don't want to be eating the same two things over and over. Yes based off of all this information he is in fact trying to manipulate you by guilt. It doesnt take a psychology major to know how to manipulate someone, all you really have to do is take any emotion (fear, sadness, anger, guilt, happyness, etc.) and use it to control someone. For example lets say i have a girlfriend and she wants to go out with a bunch of guys, and i dont want her to but i decide not to say anything straight forward, or decide to atleast ruin the night for her. If i wanted to manipulate her into not going or feeling bad by guilt I could say something like, "well have fun while im sitting alone here with nothing to do." Even if she really wanted to go there is no way she could have a good time if she cared for me because she would keep thinking about the comment i made and dwell on it, therefore I would be controlling her emotions, and actions which would be manipulating her. By threatening to not talk to you he is using a double whammy of Guilt and Fear. He is hoping that by letting you know that he doesnt want you to be with his friend, that you will feel guilty enough to not hang out with him. He is using fear in hopes that you would be afraid of him not talking to you anymore, so that you would stop talking to him. This guy is trying to be manipulating by controlling your emotions, and therefore controlling your actions but remember you can only be manipulated if you let them. My advice is next time he says something like this, do exactly what he doesnt want you to my reasoning for this is, first you dont want a manipulating guy in your life trust me all your life he will be controlling you and forming you to what he wants. My second reason is knowing manipulating people they are all bark and no bite, so he would never carry out his threats in the first place. Whew long answer for a long questions lol

I was planning a day trip to a city about 250 miles away, but would require an overnight stay. I inquired about accommodation there. Some places require a minimum 3-night stay. Things to see on a road trip through Oregon?

I live in Northern California and I'm planning a week long road trip through Oregon sometime this year (probably in the fall.) I was working a 5pm-2am job recently and now have a new jo offer but I have to get up at 7am in order to be at work by 8am. I've been on the Nuva Ring for a month now. When I went to the doctor's I told them that I wanted a morning after pill, and then to inquire about a different method(other than condoms) of birth control. They performed a pregnancy test at that time and it was negative. They gave me the morning after pill, and the Nuva Ring and told me that I could start using the Nuva Ring immediately. They also informed me that it takes a week for the Nuva Ring to kick in. I went home, took the morning after pill, and then started the birth control. I know from the title this sounds like a silly question. But I have seen parts of my stool (solid stool, not diarhea) look red. Not the whole thing, not in one particular place, and I didn't see a pattern. The red portion wasn't any more liquid or solid than the rest of the stool. The water didn't change color to red. I'm going to camp for a month and the food is unhealthy and gross, so I'm bringing my own food, but I don't want to be eating the same two things over and over. Can't seem to lose last 15-20 lbs?

I'm 5'9 and weigh 164 lbs. Had a baby 10 months ago and gained about 40 lbs or so. I have been working with a trainer doing weight/strength training 3 times a week for 2 months. Running about 2 miles a week on my own. I'm not really dieting, but I eat pretty well during the week. On the weekends, I admit-I cheat a little. But I don't gorge myself or go crazy or anything. I just can't seem to lose this weight. My trainer says its what I eat, but I'm not eating that bad! And whenever I do actually diet, I still can't lose the weight! I just can't break past 164 lbs. It's driving me crazy. Does anyone have any suggestions? HELP!

Now of course your thinking "it's a bug". I thought the same however when I go to check there's nothing there. The buzz only happens when the sun comes up and all throughout the day, inconsistently. How to cure noisy neighbours who won't turn down music volume and laugh off complaints from neighbours about t?

Hi All, I stay in a block of flats in Edinburgh and a guy has moved in above me who continually plays his music at such a high volume that I battle to hear my TV at full volume. He continually moves stuff around the flat and dropping what appear to be heavy objects. I would imagine that his floors are laminated as every sound carries to me who stays below. Myself and the guy who stay above him have been to talk to him about the noises and he ignores us and says its his flat and he'll do as he wishes. He is a tenant in the flat and we cannot find out his landlords name to make a complaint to her. He walks around the flat from room to room and I can hear every sound he makes, if carpets were fitted in his flat it would make 100% difference to the sounds being carried, and all of these complaints happen at all hours of the day whether its 3pm or 3 am. I am a shift worker and this is starting to affect my well being and sleep patterns. Any suggestions on a pay back that would alter his opinion.

Boyfriend's actions confused me.....?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about two months. He is 32 and I am 27. We met online and really hit it off. We compliment. We had been seeing each other maybe 2-4 days a week and chatting on the phone at night. About three weeks ago or so the shower at my apartment broke and was leaking into the walls and into the ceiling below causing major problems, and it left me without a shower. I work everyday and I need a shower, and upon hearing this problem my boyfriend offered to let me stay with him until it got fixed, and I was told by the plumber it would be about a week to a week and a half tops. Needless to say, one week turned into two and it's still not fixed today. On Tuesday after getting to his apartment around 9:30, he tells me that he hates the situation I'm in but he doesn't think us seeing each other everyday at this time in our relationship is the best thing to do, and I agree, but I cannot control the situation I am in. I have inquired with the plumber every few days to no avail, so my hands are really tied and he knows that. Upon telling me this, he also says he didn't realize the transition would be so hard for me, from seeing me a few days a week to a full time relationship and he's not sure how to handle it. He said, however, when he thinks about me not being there are night with him he misses me and gets sad, but on the other hand he wants time to do his things like play his guitar and write music and be alone. He has a history of depression and I really think he's going through a hard time right now. He said we should look at this as a positive part of our relationship and not a negative one if we want our relationship to be as healthy as it can be. He told me he loved me and he genuinely cares about me and appreciates everything about me. The entire conversation he was not cold and was comforting towards me and said it was very hard to tell me this because he didn't want to hurt me because I am so kind and nice towards him. But I'm confused. Did he break up with me? Or does he still care about me and wants a little room since I've been staying with him for a few weeks? He told me he loves me and cares about me a lot, and held me and kissed me before bed that night. He said he understands I'm hurt but he'd rather be honest and communicate with me than stuff his feelings inside and grow to resent me. He called me last night to say hello and check in, and said he would talk to me today. He texted me this morning and said he wasn't going to work but to have a good day, and said take care. He is slowly ending things with me? What is he doing? He said he wants to be with me and spend time with me and he enjoys everything we have and that he feels this needs to happen or else it will be the demise of our relationship. So when it comes to my relationship, I wouldn't say I am extremely jealous. I usually only get jealous in two circumstances... 1) my girlfriend says and compliments other men by calling them attractive or charming, or 2) she is talking to another specific guy. I sent my grandson in New Zealand some dollars for his birthday. The package was very securely sealed. It never arrived. I have sent numerous packages to him and he has always received them. Post Office staff would only know what was in the package by scanning it. Obviously then the staff who scanned it saw the dollars and stole them. When I inquired I was told that I should have payed a fee to have it delivered by registered mail. Isn't that extortion? You have to pay so as NOT to get your stuff stolen! An employee of the Post Office scanning department is a criminal thief!

ok so i usually have really heavy periods every month that are very painful not so painful that i cant walk but painful enough that i just crunch up in a ball with a heating pad if i were to take a bath with it it would literally be "blood bath" every now and then i get a light month and more then a breath of fresh air but its a pattern i make my calender to keep track the day it starts the day it ends. it goes like this: first 3 days heavy and painful next 2 significantly lighter not so painful but annoyingly painful off and on all day 5th day really light and is usually gone by the time i go to sleep or leaves sometime during the night. but as of the last 3 months its been so different 1 month heavy painful and all that jazz next month light not so painful next heavy ect but this month is by far the wierdest of the the 3 cuz it started out so light and no pain at all! i accepted it with open arms and thought of it as a catching a break that was on a sunday on tuesday it got a little heaver but not much still no pain thursday it got really heavy like it usually is but still wasnt painful so i was still grateful friday and sat it was light again then it got heavy sunday and monday and today tuesday i have to change every hr which i havent had to do for a while but i usually only have my period for 5-6 days never 10+days and i still dont have any pain! not that im complaining but my mom had cervical cancer and uteran cancer at age 19 im 17 she says she bled for 6 months straight so when i tell her whats goin on she just says its happened to her and its nothing but im worried this never happened before im not on birth control and i've never had sex i dont have a gyno doc at all and my reg doc is convinced that she knows best and whenever i ask for something she says "your young it has to be this way" so can anyone tell me whats goin on?

First of all, I am a 13 year old girl. (In my answers or other questions it may say I'm 22 cuz my sister Rachelle uses my account sometimes) I eat a lot, but I don't get fat. I like healthy foods, but sometimes I am just have extreme cravings for sweet things, which my mum refuses to buy. It sometimes get so bad that I either a.) Go to a friends house and eat, or b.) Gorge myself with cheese sticks and unsalted potato crisps, the only somewhat junkfood my mum will buy. I snack from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, or from whn I get home to when I eat supper. There are repressed memories from you; from something in your life that changed your thinking, you need to find out what that is and fix it thus fixing your food and body image issues. So i started seeing these bring flashes of light, way quicker than a second, it happened one day. I thought nothing of it, maybe i was trippin. another day it happened two times in a row, i definitely noticed it. I kno when im looking at something then suddenly a completely different image flashes before my eyes. i didnt see a visual picture just bright bright light. So them i started looking it up, i couldn't find anything really on the subject. So if you have some info on it I'd appreciate it On that note has anyone ever just looked at the fabric of space? but to look at thge fabric of space is to look at nothing, its hard to explain, you have to look threw nothing instead of look at nothing. ive also start seeing these tiny white lights today.. i cant see them anywhere else except when i look at the sky in the day time. again its when i try to look at that fabric again. but they are kind a big in size and sorta fly around, i know what floaters are and its not them. floaters are kind a grayish and odd looking all of these lights are the same size and move in the same pattern just in different directions, for a split second then they disappear. but the thing is, they're is never less of them some always show up in different places but the ones i focus on vanish.

I would suggest going to your dr right away just in case it is a deer tick containing Lyme disease bacteria or any co-infections. if you still have the tick bring it with you so it can be tested. also, keep an eye out for any bullseye rashes that may or may not appear at the bite. about 50% of people get the rash. with the current tests there is a 30-50% chance of a false negative, so most drs will put you on 1-2 weeks of doxycycine (antibiotic) as a precaution which I would highly recomend. I am on my second IV treatment for Lyme disease and hate to see anyone else have to suffer and try to spread awareness. Lyme is no joke and I suffer from a long list of symptoms which prevent me from working or living a normal life and I'm only 28. please go to your dr asap. best of luck :]

Having to force feed your lizard and how frequently should you do it.?

I know it can be dangerous and I shouldn't talk about it but a week past and we were worried about my baby Savannah monitor and it's attitude towards food. So we kind of force feed it a cricket, I felt this does harm but also does well think about it. If you can open it's mouth and put food down it, without it biting you or biting you hard since it's a baby it will get used to you when it's older and know your smell and how it differs to food. Possible hand feeding in the future I hope, IDK cause I want it to be happy and natural but it's also a pet and I need to keep it alive in order to enjoy it obviously no one likes a dead lizard. Is this harsh of me, also I am a new sav owner I have had pets before in the past. Alright, so I broke my laptop, an HP, Pavilion dm4, recently. What happened was that the hinges of the laptop kept getting stuck and one of them eventually broke off. So the laptop was unevenly closing. So I took of the other hinge, for evenness. Little did I know, that they have tons of wires that they hide INSIDE the hinges. So, eventually after closing and opening a laptop with no hinges for about a week, one of the wires broke in half, and now the whole screen is discolored an you can't even see anything. It's terrible, I have to use my upstairs computer now, and it's summer so it's hot upstairs, so please, how do I fix this? Can I contact HP and get it replaced?
