Anxiety about society and the world?

They're not that bad, you are also generalazing, not all humans are bad and disgusting, at all, and society is a way too general term. In any part of the world there are good people and bad peoplee and they will always be. Humans are capable to do really good things too, you just need to be optimistic again :)
