Cheapest modelling schools here in the Philippines?

I'm planning to have modelling sessions next summer. And I'm already planning as early as now so I can save up for the tuition. Do you know any modeling schools here? I inquired at John Robert Powers and the tuition there is 95,000 php. It's way too expensive for me. My budget is atleast 10,000 to 50,000 php. And is it sure that after I take the sessions there'll be modelling careers awaiting me? I'm only 17 and have dreams to become a model. Answers are very much appreciated.♥ :D
