Is Downloading Off of Mediafire Illegal?

You can't really get caught for downloading, only uploading. They only go after the distributors usually. Because when you use something like Frostwire it uploads what you download. When you use mediafire your only downloading. So you can't really get caught on mediafire. The worst that happens is Mediafire removes the file from the website, they won't bother going after the uploaders. So only download and you'll be fine.
