Can a ragdoll cat be bicolour and mitted?

There is a feral colony of ragdolls where I'm from. There are lots of variations due to outbreeding. They mostly have the points (dark on face and feet) but my mom's that she rescued has a white cheek. Its possible. A passive, sort of limp cat is part of their personality.
